Abstract

Resilient teacher’s merupakan kapasitas guru untuk tangguh dalam situasi sulit, menjaga "ketangguhan sehari-hari." Pentingnya konsep ini tidak hanya berlaku pada guru, tetapi juga pada siswa. Perubahan paradigma guru sebagai penanggung jawab dalam mengelola stres dan masalah menantang, menekankan upaya menjaga motivasi, komitmen, dan fokus dalam proses pembelajaran. Resiliensi sebagai titik balik dari kondisi sulit terkait pengabdian, efikasi, dan motivasi dalam mencerdaskan siswa. Faktor pelindung dan risiko seperti kemampuan mengendalikan emosi, kontrol impuls, fleksibilitas kognitif, self efficacy, berpikir optimis dan realistis, empati, dan kemampuan berkomunikasi tak terpisahkan dari resiliensi guru. Konsep relasional dalam pembelajaran harus dipertahankan. Guru yang resilien akan berjuang untuk sukses dalam pembelajaran karena melihat profesi sebagai panggilan jiwa, siap menghadapi berbagai kondisi. Resilient teacher’s menjadi prinsip peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia, di mana guru tangguh menjalankan tugas dengan penuh tanggung jawab, ketekunan, dan kemampuan mengatasi situasi sulit, tanpa memikirkan keuntungan materi dalam pengabdian kepada bangsa.
